Exploring Inner Peace Through Dramatherapy: A Guide to Healing and Self-Discovery
Dramatherapy caters for any age, one to one or in a group setting and absolutely no previous experience of drama necessary as it is solely a modality of healing through the tool of drama. The recipients, the therapist and the creative process all work together to achieve a sense of wholeness and well-being. In a session, the recipients and the therapist go between the experience of being grounded in our bodies and also being open to explore ourselves through our imaginations. With a safe environment and a trusting therapeutic relationship, Dramatherapy has the potential to allow the unconscious to become visible, known, felt, accepted and integrated into our lives.
